The We Teach DATA project joins the efforts of seven organisations that are all directly involved in enhancing of our societies’ knowledge and skills through operation in various domains of the Education Sector – school and tertiary education, continuous training providing, professional literature publication and ICT application.
Today we introduce our school partners, who not only will actively participate in the development of the project’s learning content and outputs, but will be the first to employ them in the real school environment.
- Gymnasium Metodova 2, Bratislava, Slovakia
“Metodka” or the Gymnázium on Metodova Street in Bratislava is a school offering three levels of study: 4-year, 8-year and 5-year study programmes according to the Slovakia-French bilingual studies system. The bilingual programmes involve teaching of the STEM subjects in French, English and German along with Slovak language.
We are very proud of our extra-curriculum programme focusing on science and astronomy, which includes activities in the following topics: The first Slovak satellite; The light as the basic information for the study of the Universe; We live in a quantum world; Astronomical harvest; Space race, space trash and others.
- St. St. Cyril and Methodius Primary School, Vetren, Bulgaria
The municipal school “St.st. Cyril and Metodius” has been established in 1840 and is one of the oldest schools in south Bulgaria. It is situated in the town of Vetren, Pazardzhik region.
Our mission is to create a school community which supports the efforts of each child and student to grow as a person with rich culture, strong civic consciousness and behavior, high morals and tolerance for others, and with skills to meeting the challenges of the 21st century. Our team encourages every teacher to develop, teach creatively and feel comfortable at the workplace.

Platon school is located in Katerini, Greece and comprises Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary school and a Pupils’ Creativity Centre.
Platon is a school with a perspective for the future. The school follows with great interest the developments in the field of education and approaches their implementation with creative mind. We constantly set new goals holding at the same time an outstanding position in the educational scene.
